3. User Accounts and Data

All your personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store your data on external servers, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App. The App provides tools for tracking, but does not verify the accuracy of user-entered information.

3.3 Health Data

The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health data. You control which data the App can access through iOS Settings.

4.1 Food Photo Analysis

The App offers AI-powered food photo analysis to estimate nutritional content. This feature:

• Sends your photos to our secure servers for processing
• Provides estimates only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice
• May not always be accurate; please verify important nutritional information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or content

6. Health Disclaimer

6.1 Fitness Activities

Exercise and fitness activities carry inherent risks. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. You assume all risks associated with fitness activities undertaken based on information from the App.

6.2 Nutritional Information

Nutritional information provided by the App, including AI-generated estimates, should be used for general guidance only. For specific dietary needs, consult a registered dietitian or healthcare provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Apple HealthKit

Use of Apple HealthKit is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of HealthKit data.

8.2 OpenAI

AI features are powered by OpenAI. Your use of these features is subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
